A man was arrested after throwing landscaping bricks and damaging cars at a Southwest Side convenience store on Sunday morning, Madison police reported.
Officers were sent to the unidentified store in the 6700 block of Raymond Road around 8:15 a.m. on Sunday after the man started throwing the bricks when a security guard was trying to remove him from the property, police spokesperson officer Stephanie Fryer said in a statement.
One brick damaged the security guard's car and then bounced off and hit another car pulling into the store lot.
The 45-year-old man was arrested on tentative charges of two counts of disorderly conduct and two counts of criminal damage to property.
