The University of Wisconsin men's basketball team will commemorate history against Arizona, its opponent it beat in the Elite Eight to advance to the Final Four in 2014 and 2015.
The Badgers will celebrate those Final Four teams and also raise a banner for Bo Ryan, who coached those teams and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, Wisconsin announced in a post to social media Monday afternoon. Wisconsin is scheduled to play Arizona at 8 p.m. Nov. 15 with the game being live-streamed exclusively on Peacock.

Ryan will now have his name permanently displayed on a banner inside the Kohl Center. Ryan also has the court in UW-Platteville's Williams Arena, Bo Ryan Court, named in his honor after leading the Pioneers to four national championships.
Ryan led the Badgers to four regular-season Big Ten championships and three conference tournament titles. He was a four-time Big Ten coach of the year winner. Wisconsin qualified for the NCAA tournament in all 15 seasons Ryan was coach, highlighted by the back-to-back Final Four appearances in 2014 and 2015. The Badgers advanced to the 2015 national title game, and Ryan finished his Wisconsin career with a 364-130 record.
His .737 winning percentage at Wisconsin is the best in Big Ten history.
The game against the Wildcats will be the second in a home-and-home series. Wisconsin lost the first game of the series in a 98-73 blowout on Dec. 9, 2023 in Tucson, Arizona last season.
