Speaking to a sold-out crowd at the Dane County Coliseum at the Alliant Energy Center Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris urged her young supporters to knock on doors, text friends and speak to family, classmates and co-workers to turn out the vote. The Madison Police Department will put extra officers on duty Friday and Saturday nights, a police official said.
