Thunderstorms and even a tornado are possible on what will be a rainy and windy Tuesday for southern Wisconsin, according to forecasters.
Winds gusting at 40 to 50 miles per hour, lightning, and a brief, weak tornado or two all are possible east-central, south-central and southeast Wisconsin, the National Weather Service said.

The rain chances diminish later in the day and end by 8 p.m., with an overnight low around 42, and southwest winds at 15 to 20 mph turning out of the northwest at 10 to 15 mph and gusting to 30 mph.
