Two guns were recovered after Madison police responded to a disturbance on the Far East Side on Monday afternoon.
Officers were sent to the disturbance in the 400 block of North Thompson Street around 1:35 p.m., police spokesperson officer Stephanie Fryer said in a statement.
A 20-year-old man who was wanted in a different case ran from officers in the apartment complex parking lot, and later turned himself in while police still were at the scene.
An 18-year-old man was arrested on a tentative charge of obstructing.
